We're a club with a big focus on family and fun.

Feel free to come along and try out Taekwon-Do for yourself - It's a great way to keep fit, as well as learning a wonderful Martial Art.

The Berhampore Club was opened in 1998 by Mr Ian Walton and Mrs Lena Walton. They continue to share the instructing role, assisted by Mr
Louie Vogt.

The mix of Instructors provides for a well balanced approach to the teaching and learning of Taekwon-Do. The Club members are a happy,
friendly bunch of people and all visitors and first timers are more than welcome. The first four lessons are completely free to anyone that wants to
try Taekwon-Do!

We are a member club of the International Taekwon-Do Foundation of New Zealand (ITFNZ) which is the official New Zealand representative of
the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF).

Berhampore Club is a family-focussed club with a great balance of gender, and a mix of families and individuals of all ages.

If you want to try out Taekwon-Do, simply come along to one of the Classes in tracksuit and t-shirt and introduce yourself to one of the Instructors
before the Class starts.

If you choose to start wearing a Dobok (the white training uniform) then you can expect to pay between $85 - $110 depending upon size.

There are a number of suppliers to purchase Dobok, and other gear from, including Fuji Mae, Top Ten, and Top Pro.

Fees help the Club hire the hall, buy equipment, subsidise events, and have adequate insurance cover - They also allow you to train at any other
